1. Return Eligibility
- Return, refund, or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with images.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of return shipping. We do not offer a pickup service at this time.

5. Inspection & Processing Time
Once the returned product is received at our address and passes quality inspection, the refund or replacement will be processed within 3–7 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (UPI, card, bank transfer, or wallet).
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or washed products
- Customized or altered items
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)
